1. Sweet Jalapeno Mustard
6 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 cup mustard powder
3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp finely chopped
jalapenos
Stir together mustard seeds, mustard powder.
Mix with vinegar and wine. Add salt.
Mix thoroughly. Mix in honey and jalapenos.
Pour into jar. Refrigerate anywhere from 1 to 3
days to bring out flavors.
Makes approximately 1 cup
