  1. 2. <ul><li>1200g pork spare ribs </li></ul><ul><li>1 apple </li></ul><ul><li>3 bell peppers </li></ul><ul><li>1 bundle asparagus </li></ul><ul><li>2 potatoes </li></ul><ul><li>1/2 clove garlic </li></ul><ul><li>A little ginger </li></ul><ul><li>5 tsp. soy sauce </li></ul><ul><li>5 tsp. BBQ sauce </li></ul><ul><li>1 tsp. black pepper </li></ul>
  2. 3. <ul><li>Wash clean the ribs, scald for 2 minutes and let stand. </li></ul><ul><li>Slice ginger, cube apple dice, and mince garlic. Then add them into the soy sauce with BBQ sauce to make the marinade. </li></ul>
  3. 4. <ul><li>Mix the ribs with the marinade, and add water till the ribs immersed. Heat to boiling, and stew for 30 minutes. </li></ul><ul><li>Pre-heat oven to 180℃. </li></ul>
  4. 5. <ul><li>Spread bell peppers and asparagus on the bakeware, and put the stewed ribs on them. </li></ul><ul><li>Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce. Bake for 15 minutes. </li></ul>
  5. 6. <ul><li>Turn the ribs, and bake for 10 minutes. </li></ul><ul><li>Remove from the oven and serve. </li></ul>
