1. Cranberry Mold
1 8-ounce container cool whip
1 can whole cranberries
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small package raspberry jello
Drain pineapple and reserve liquid. Add enough water to make one
cup and bring to a boil. Dissolve jello in pineapple juice/water. Stir in
cranberries and pineapple. Cool slightly until mixture begins to
thicken. Fold in cool whip and refrigerate. Nuts may be added.
Green Bean Casserole
2 cans mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 tsp soy sauce
¼ tsp black pepper
4 cans green beans, drained*
6 ounce can French fried onions
Mix the first five ingredients together. Add half can of French fried
onions. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Stir, sprinkle with remaining
onions and bake an additional 5 minutes.
*frozen green beans may be substituted.
Recipe may be halved.
