- The visibility is on of the advantages agile bring to project managements. While on the visibility keep constant **, on waterfall the is a point where the visibility is near null. Here while developer are building the software the visibility is just through document like diagrams. In fact on agile, due to its iterative cycles approach, the visibility lost is near cero and shorter.
- The adaptability is the ability to change in order to meet new environment conduction, on a software project, the adaptability is inverse of time. On more time more feature are added on the system, and the changes become harder to implement. Agile mitigate the problem. “the ability to respond to both anticipated and unanticipated changes”
- Due to the continue delivery process on agile you’re a delivering working software early on the process. While on traditional methodologies usually customer most wait until great part of the software is build.
- Since You are delivering working software early in the process, you mitigate some risk like customer satisfaction, target market acceptation an so on..
