The Chicagoland Chapter of Project Management Institute is holding its annual Professional Development Day on November 1, 2013 at the Meridian Banquets in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. The keynote speaker will be Governor Pat Quinn. The event will feature multiple tracks of sessions on topics such as program management, portfolio management, agile, collaboration, emerging trends, stakeholder management, procurement, risk management, and leadership lessons. Registration fees are $399 for chapter members and $449 for non-members, with a student discount of $150 available. The event will offer 8 PDUs and feature sessions from industry experts on optimizing project portfolios, building a PMO, risk management, and aligning projects to corporate strategies
