• If a issue arises bring it to supervisor first
• Will make a few field visit to observe your teaching
• In charge of your grade so don’t be afraid to ask them
questions

• Classroom teacher in which you are placed
• Ask questions- It is their room, not yours
• Brain storm with them- They want the children to learn as
much as you do
• Develop classroom rules together
• Be respectful to them, they are allowing you to use their room

8. WHAT IS REFLECTIVE TEACHING?
• Definition- Reflective teaching means looking at what you do in
the classroom, thinking about why you do it, and thinking
about if it works - a process of self-observation and self-
evaluation.
9. WHY IS REFLECTION IMPORTANT?
• Reflection is the only way to grow as a teacher
• Helps to think about the good and the bad
• Will begin to understand what works in a lesson
• May help understand why students our either paying attention
or not.
