pace of our everyday lives. It satisfies our universal need for safe and nurturing touch.
Massage can also help relieve fatigue and tension, improve circulation, provide
increased mobility, and act as a sedative to the nervous system. It can also help:

Reproductive
Reproductive & Massage
By now you’re seeing how massage positively changes all areas inside our bodies,
including keeping our general reproductive system healthy. In Reflexology, there are
specific points to help flush out the organs involved to keep things regulated. Massage in
this area is focusing more and more on pre-natal, labor, and soon after childbirth work.
- Reproductive composes of two types, the Reproductive Organ and
Reproductive System. In Reproductive System consists of hormones (progesterone,
estrogen and testosterone), pheromones, genitalia, gonads and breasts. While in
Reproductive Organ the spleen, stomach, liver, kidneys, lungs, and heart are involve.
- Painful periods can be relieved by regular massage as massage promotes
muscular and emotional relaxation stimulates the circulation and endocrine system.
Massage assists the reproductive system in the following ways:
 promotes general breast health
- Toproper stimulate or maintain the nutrition of the breast that baby’s need.
 promotes relaxation
- Tohave proper balance and procedure of massage so that it will trigger
relaxation.
 reduces blood pressure
- In proper massage we can increase circulation of blood to lessen the blood
pressure.
 loosens lower back muscles
- It can help reduce the muscle pain at the back and in whole body.
 assists prostrate treatments
- In simple way you can assists or do some treatment toavoid prostrate.
How Reproductive Organ Massage Works
 During the massage, patients are taken through a series of deep breathing
techniques that release tension and promote blood flow.
 The goal is to quiet the mind and continue releasing stress.
 As the therapist massages the abdominal area, patients are taught to bring
awareness into each organ and connect the mind and heart with the abdominal
organs.
 Massage can sooth menstrual cramping, release adhesions from large breasts and
tight bras, and alleviate pains in pregnancy.
 Massage can unravel my facial tensions associated with hernias and release groin
pain caused by entanglements in male reproductive tubing.
 Efficient flow of blood and chi necessary in speeding up the process of gas
exchange that helps release excess heat from the musculature, cooling and
cleansing the organs and skin and providing us with energy we need to expend in
our daily life.
What Are the Effects of Massage on the Reproductive System?
1. Stress Reduction
- Massage therapy is a great way for expectant couple’s t0relax and rest, if only
for an hour.
- Massage is known to help reduce blood pressure.
2. Muscles and Posture
- A massage can help loosen the muscles of the lower back and abdominal areas,
giving the body a chance to rest and recover. Massage can also help the muscles
relax enough that the spine and skeletal support structures can realign so they
can properly support the new life growing within.
3. Other Female Reproductive Health Concerns
- As massage therapist we must know what can and cannot be done to treat each
of these conditions with massage, and whether massage is appropriate.
4. Male Reproductive System
- The reasoning is that male reproductive organs are all located in areas where
massage is not allowed.
(As soon as a woman knows she's pregnant, she should alert her massage therapist.
She should also ensure her massage therapist is trained in prenatal massage.
During the second and third trimester, the massage therapist should have the
expectant mother lie on her side with pillows to support the body. Finally, the
massage therapist should never massage around an expectant mother's ankles and
feet. There are pressure points that can stimulate the woman's uterus, and could
cause early labor or miscarriage.)
Effects of Reproductive Organ Massage on Fertility
 Increase in self-awareness and improvement in breathing
- In simple way of massage can improve the breathing process.
 Improvement of blood flow to the pelvic organs
- Increase the circulation of blood to well function of organ.
 Balance of hormones and emotions
- Improve physically and mentally capability.
 Regulation of the menstrual cycle and decrease of PMS symptoms
- It helps to have normal menstruation and to lessen bad effect of irregular menstruation
 Promotion of labor and decrease in delivery time
- To avoid abnormalities during pregnancy.
 Detoxification of skin and organs
- Eliminate some harmful dirt in our body to maintain wellness.
Excretory System
The excretory system is a reflexive biological system that expels excess, needless
materials from an organism, so as to help maintain homeostasis inside the organism
and avert damage to the body.
- It has the responsible of eliminating the waste products of metabolism in
addition to other liquid and gaseous wastes, like the urine and as a constituent of sweat
and exhalation.
Why Massage is good for your Digestive and Excretory Systems:
 Massage increases the excretion of fluids (through the kidneys) and waste products of
protein metabolism, inorganic phosphorous, and salt (in most individuals).
- It can help to improve/increase the digestive capability of our body.
 Massage can facilitate elimination through the large intestines by stimulating
the peristalsis.
- Some massage strokes can perform big help in our inner organ.
 Can reduce cramping or spasm in the digestive tract.
- It helps the proper function of stomach and intestine.
 Massage can be used as an aide in preventing constipation, gas, (and colic) by
improving the peristaltic action of the small intestines and colon.
- It helps our body to remove some
 Stimulated activity of organs due to improved circulation and waste removal
facilitates enzyme production for digestion.
- Massage can enhance the circulation of organs activity.
 Massage may relax abdominal and intestinal walls when tense or spastic
- In simple massage can help to relax the inner part of our body.
 Massage can reduce motion sickness
- Tohelp relax the physical and emotional aspect of the body.
