I am a reliable, punctual and trustworthy person. I am very hard working and can work individually and
also as part of a team. I am also a very committed person and enjoy a challenge. In my personal
time, I like to spend time with my family and friends.

each completed job the customer / client fully understands how the smart meter’s work and

Gas Fitter
• Up skilled to a First Call Operative, where I was the first port of call if a reported a smell of gas
came in to call centre. I would have 1 hour to attend if uncontrolled – 3hrs for controlled.
• Working as a qualified gas safe engineer alongside service & main layers, following up work
once they have renewed services /mains, Re- connecting gas meters, updating installation if
required to gas safe regulations, undertaking tests on installation, then carry out purge and
relight process making sure enough pressure is feeding the appliances and no air left in
system as well as carrying out safety visual inspection on all appliances. Occasionally the
service layers couldn’t get then new Plastic service pipe through the existing steel service due
to bends, size etc. Would mean myself re sighting the meter into a meter box and running a
new outlet pipe from new position to connect to existing gas pipe in property.
