Designed and rolled out Direct to market (D2M) and Direct to customer (D2C) sales and
distribution program and other branding activities
Rolled out Bulk cement market initiative in Pune and Mumbai
Pioneered many customer initiatives including customer moment, Site demos and
market storming programs/white space market intervention program,

Supply chain:
Created and managed monthly “Nine month Business rolling plan’- from demand

Trouble shoot projects in improving packing plant efficiencies and helped ramp up new

Led the project on centralized Phospho Gypsum plant ( Hub and spoke model) for East
Cluster approach taken to study raw material supply/demand dynamics and reduced
cost across raw materials and achieved savings close to 250 Crores in slag, gypsumand
other raw materials in years 2014-2016.
Developed Own your truck scheme at the road only - new grinding plants
Created 18 projects in cement value chain with help from AT Kearney for ACC
