for Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, industrial valves plant, Goindwal. Responsible for methoding,
development of new items. Worked on many items, which were not coming radiographically sound,
and after changing method, castings are now sound. Methods also done for heavy castings.
2)Worked as Production Manager in Radha Vallabh Ispat Pvt. Ltd, Bhiwadi (Rajasthan),
manufacturers of steel castings mainly of ASTM A 216 grade WCB, valve castings, suppliers to
Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, industrial valves plant, Goindwal , from 21/09/11 to 15/09/12.
Responsible for methoding, production and quality activities of plant.. Production increased from 20
tons per month to 65 tons per month
