documents, or migrants who enter
legally but they stay after their visa
or work permit has expired.

violates the immigration laws of the destination country.
5. IMMIGRATION FLOW
IN THE US BORDER
There are over 15 millions irregular migrants in
USA. Over half these irregular migrants are
Mexicans.
500,000 additional enter the USA with out
authorization each year.
About 400 Mexicans die trying to cross the border
into the USA each year.
Women constitute a substantial proportion
between 600,000 and 800,000 women and
children and men were trafficked in 2004 alone.
In 2006 Mexican authorities deported 179
thousand foreigner in transit to USA
(94% came America Central).
Same year USA Border Patrol deported 858
thousand foreigner, 514 thousand was
Mexicans.
4 thousand die try to cross the wall border in 12
years.
6. INMIGRATION: Migration into place especially to a country of
which you are not a native in order to settle there.
CAUSES
Economics factors.
Illegal immigration may be prompted by desire to escape civil war or
repression in the country of origin.
Non-economics push factors included persecution (religious , and otherwise
frequent abuse, bullying, oppression, and genocide, and risk to civilians during
war).
Political motives traditionally motivate refugee flows-to escape dictatorship.
Natural disasters: earthquake, hurricane, flood.

11. HOW SHOULD THE CHURCH
VIEW ILLEGAL AND LOW
WAGES?

1. First responsibility is to do as the Lord commanded in Lev. 19: 37
“Therefore shall ye observe all my
statutes, and all my judgments and
do them”.
2. Church has to be compassionate to those that are vulnerable in society.
3. Embrace others from different cultures since the US is a multicultural
society.
4. Provide help to those immigrants need such as food shelter or clothing.
5. If are aware of illegal immigrants provide services to aid in legalization
where is possible.
6. Help to provide employment for those without a job.
