All the division’s, districts’, and schools’ initiatives
projects, programs and activities should be undertaken
to increase our internal efficiencies such as:

Improve the MPS in all subject areas and all grade
levels by observing Time on Task and maximizing the
utilization of the 180 contact days.

Agenda
No teachers and school heads are allowed to
transact business at the Division Office from
Monday-Wednesday. They are expected to be in their
respective schools during these days.
This is not only a Division policy but a Regional policy
as well. Division personnel will not entertain teachers
during these days.

CNR will continue to be implemented in the schools
in the entire division. The schemes outlined under this
program should be continued which includes the:

District Supervisors and school heads should discuss this
DepEd Order with their respective teachers.
Agenda
To further improve instruction, teachers must adhere to
DepEd Order 42, s. 2016 or the Policy Guidelines on
Daily Lesson Plan Preparation For the K-12 Basic
Education Program.

evaluated, finalized and
printed and serve as basis
for proper utilization of the
MOOE.

Proper utilization of MOOE is hereby reiterated. The
same policy will be observed where No Succeeding
MOOE will be released if prior CAs are not
liquidated.
In the case of the Secondary Schools, SOBs and PRs
for MOOE downloading should be reviewed by the
respective surrogate supervisor and recommended for
approval by:

Guidelines on the National Assessment of Student
Learning for the K-12 Basic Education Program

In the absence of new policy guidelines for the Grading
System in the K-12 Curriculum let’s continue to use
DepEd Order 8, s. 2015. For the Senior High School,
let’s also be guided with the same DepEd Order.

landscaping, classroom structuring, and clean
and sanitary comfort rooms.

Utilization of the LRMDS is encouraged and
classroom instruction should be ICT-enabled.

organize a functional Child Protection Policy
Committee in each school.

Greening Program in all schools.

All Division Supervisors, District Supervisors,
School Heads, Teachers and Non-Teaching
personnel of Zamboanga del Sur division should
have and wear their prescribed uniforms
beginning September, 2016.

Intensive and extensive monitoring and
supervision should be conducted in all levels.
Division, District Supervisors and School Heads
are required to submit their supervisory plans
and 10 STAR observations every month.

District supervisors and school heads should
take care of their teachers. Require them to
submit their DTRs and other required forms
every month in order to ensure that they will
receive their salaries on time.

Check the required forms of
teachers every month such as
Form 1 & 2, SF forms and
other required reports.

Encourage your teachers to avail of the ERF,
reclassification or conversion if they are qualified.
Never allow your teachers to retire as Teacher I.
For ERF, reclassification and promotion of teachers,
we will adhere to the CSC rules but in the case of
school heads, their ability to manage their schools’
MOOE will be one consideration.

The RPMS should be properly disseminated to all
teachers in the field.

LAC sessions should be conducted on Fridays.

Organize the homeroom as well as the general
PTAs in July in preparation for the organization of
the Provincial Federated PTA.

Minimize activities that is not curriculum-
related. The Division Office will release
guidelines on this subject.

Flag Raising and Lowering ceremonies
should be observed by all schools from
Mondays to Fridays.

Master Programs must be submitted on time to
the surrogate supervisors for review , and final
review of CID Chief, recommending approval
of ASDS and to be approved by SDS.
