WHAT IS SOCIAL INEQUALITY?
Social inequality occurs when source in gran society are distibuted
unavenly, typicaly through norms of allocation that engender specific
patterns along lines of socially defined categories of persons. It is the
differentiation preference of access of social goods in the society
brought about by power, religion, kinship, prestige race, ethnicity ,
gender age at sexual orientation, and class.social inequality usually
implies to the lack of equality of outcome, but may alternatively be
conceptualized in terms of the lack of equality of access to oppurtunity

the social worker administered the
routinized monitoring of children's health
by giving them vitamins, deworming,
checking their weight and height, etc.
The picture shows a situation where in a dedicated teacher is lovingly
teaches the out of school youth learners who cannot afford to go to a
formal school due to financial constraint. Also, this is common in a far-
flung community where a formal school is out of their reach. Only a
dedicated teacher can go beyond like this.
