2. Amy Wichelow’s Digipak
Amy has created a Digipack for her artist who is called Mollie
- which contains a front page, 4 inside pages that includes
photos of the model (Mollie) and a short greeting message
to everyone involved in the creation of the album and a
back page which contains a playlist of all the songs on each
CDs with an image of trees which are irrelevant to the front
cover and the inside pages. Furthermore, Amy used the light
streak on the front page to represent the movement of light
and colour which is captured throughout the song
“Spectrum” which she has chose to use for the music video.
She has used the idea of the light streak on Mollie’s hair to
symbolize that the front cover is related to the inside pages.
The front cover is eye-catching and has a high chance that
it will grab a lot of customers due to the use of bright colours.
Lastly, the audiences can see the model inside and the use
of low-shutter speed photo gives a stretched along the
length of two pages and allows the audiences to identify it
with the magazine advert. However, the only down side is
that it does it look like the Digipak belongs to the music video
as there are a lot of colour scheme in this Digipak.
