2. About Us – Heartln Inc.
HeartIn Inc., was founded in 2007 as a Florida
Company by a group of medical practitioners,
inventors and like-minded investors.
Our main goals are:
• Promote early detection and monitoring of heart
abnormalities in healthy people and patients who
have cardiovascular diseases and abnormalities.
• Increase the efficiency, quality and safety of
physical training.
• Improve the quality and availability of cardio
telemedicine.
HeartIn’s headquarters are in Miami, Florida, and its
technical offices and research and development
facilities are in Kiev, Ukraine. The company has in
place distributors in the US, Israel, South Korea,
Switzerland and Ukraine. Another ten companies are
approaching final territorial distribution agreements.

3. Garment-based ECG monitoring
Heartln®FIT / Heartln®FIT Pro each are designed to improve
training quality
• Each upper body garment, similar looking to a t-shirt, is made of
special machine-washable fabric with ECG measuring electrodes
built into the fabric.
• Each is designed to detect the body’s ECG rate and transmit it to
our special ECG detection equipment without use of bothersome
adhesives or gels usually with no need to do special shaving.
• Connections also are built in to allow attachment to our ECG
devices.
• Whether you go basic or PRO, the garment itself is lightweight
and simple to use.
• It informs you of your Heart Rate Variability (HRV), your maximal
oxygen uptake (VO2) MAX and computes ‘training
impulse’ (TRIMP) measurements to guide your workout activity.
• This app provides access to server and software products we
provide which collect and report measurements to our server then
almost instantly back to wearers on their mobile devices such as
smart phones.

4. Garment-based ECG monitoring
• The HeartIn®Fit ECG garment provides single
channel, real time continuous electrocardiography
data and transfers it for measurement without muss
or fuss.
• The HeartIn®Fit PRO ECG garment transmits real
time ECG data continuously from your body over a
full 12-channel, hospital level equivalent, and not
only provides information sufficient for optimal
training, but also the same quality as used by pro
ECGs used by hospitals.
• Both models are capable with our detection
algorithms to diagnose arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation,
atrial flutter, ventricular tachycardia, bradycardia,
supraventricular ectopy or tachycardia AND features
an auto alarm function.
For both, you just don the garment, hook it up, and
forget about it while you go about training or other
activities.

Our team provide access to common stock for yearly distributors. Value of this
