  1. This is how we execute as the leading master cloud services provider. This slide reads from the bottom to the top. We run our own data centers, hosting white label solutions that can easily bundled or rebranded by our partners. We offer a robust portfolio of solutions from leading CSP’s to solve every business issue. We vet these vendors financially and technically, negotiate commercial market terms and SLA’s, and provide ongoing vendor management to make it easy for channel partners to add these solutions to their practice. We support this portfolio of solutions through a one stop marketplace making it easy to purchase, provision, manage, and invoice multi-vendor solutions through a single portal. This operational efficiency is critical to scale. (This is more than just invoicing – provisioning and subscription management is just as critical!) We wrap professional services around these solutions including solution design, data migration, and post-sale support. We offer a variety of channel programs to support partner business models. These include the Cloud Resale Program where we provide a cost basis – the partner can bundle other services, add margin, and re-invoice their client (this is how most business is done today). Cloud Private Label Program for partners with an established and high velocity cloud practice where we develop a custom version of the Marketplace and service delivery options. Cloud Referral Program for partners who have opportunities, but prefer to have Ingram Micro close the deal, onboard the service, manage the experience, invoice the end client, and pay the partner a commission. (This has been announced, and is expected to be available later this year.) Our model addresses a wide variety of channel partners including IT Resellers / MSP’s, Hosters, Telcos, and Telco Agents.
