3. Vehicle Tracking System system
Introduction
Keytop Vehicle Tracking System combines parking guidance and car searching functions
together,not only guides drivers to find certain free parking space quickly,but also guides
them to find their parked cars.
Car searching function:The car owners can find their own vehicles by inputting the license
plate number without card positioning. The system operates like this: input the license
plate number to inquiry PC which is installed at the entrances or exits of carparks, the
Parking Koisk will pick the data of the server after receiving the commands, then display
the map of the parking lot that the owners stands. The map will display the position of the
owners and the location of their cars.
Parking guidance function: This system can make the car drivers to park conveniently and
quickly as well as monitor the parking space to make the management more standard and
orderly. It will increase the utilization. The parking detection uses video detecting
technology.

5. Video Detector
Description: Install in the front of each parking
space, right to the parking space. It is to take
pictures of each parking space and transfer the
image information to multivideo processor by
network cables.

7. Video Detector
Description: Multivideo processor is a video image processing
platform. Each video processor cansupprt 12 Video Detectors at
most. The processor makes cycling switching process to 12 videos.
When it detects that there is car in the video parking image, the
processor will recognize the license plate number. It connects to
Video Detector, central controller and led display.

9. Server
Description: 1. Save the car location information and image
information, provide these information to car searching inquiry

11. Video Detector
Description: When the drivers input the license plate number by
touching, the inquiry terminal will issue a command, search data
in the database and list the most similar image of the two cars
through database inquiry for the owners to select. After the car
owners select the vehicle, the inquiry terminal will obtain the
coordinate of the car in the parking lot and display the owners'
location and the car location at the same time in the parking map
of car of touch PC screen.
