3. Three levels of fish stress indicator and 6 variables

4. Experimental procedures
Using 12 species (20 gr/ind)
(herbivores, omnivores, carnivores ; freshwater, seawater fish)
Detecting stress by measure:
RNADNA ratio
Peroxidase (nm/ul)
Plasma glucose (mg/dl)
Swimming (cm/s)
SGR (%)
Live feed supply (ind/l)
Are several indicator more powerful than the others ?
Is it better use some kinds of indicator for certain species ?

5. Stressful conditions:
RNADNA ratio = <1
Peroxidase (nm/ul) =<70
Plasma glucose (mg/dl) = <100
Swimming (cm/s) = specific species
SGR (%) = <1.0 %
Live feed supply (ind/l) =<5 ind/l

15. Principal components analysis reveals that 6 variables may grouped as two principal
component which contributes to most of the variances.
Rotation show more clearly that variables could be grouped as
ecological (SGR, swimming, food supply) and biological (RNA/DNA, peroxidase,
plasma glucose) indicators
Seabass, cobia, seabream, tiger grouper and catfish prefer biological indicator than
other fish
