ABSTRACT
In the past decade, new inventions like Machine Learning, IOT, Data Science, Cloud
Computing, Drones, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Block Chain, Robotics, Robotic
Process Automation, Conversional Chabot’s and Bio Sensors have disrupted all industrial and
commercial operations or processes. The present decade belongs to Artificial Intelligence,
wherein Machine learning based robotics is enabling automation of highly complex and
composite industrial and commercial operations or service delivery in an most efficient and
effective approach. However, there exists a significant gap in creating a harmonious
integration of these technologies into an industrial robot such that is capable of
manufacturing state of art products or deliver highly sophisticated services. To resolve this
constraint of synthesis convergence of technologies, this exploratory research study project
intends to develop an integrated software application in Python for an industrial robot, which
integrates all the mentioned technologies to meet the increasing demands for multi-
dimensional or multi-skilled robots instead of the dedicated industrial robots that exist in
place today. This conceptual software application model integrates capabilities of artificial
intelligence and all the other technologies to resolve the key challenges associated with
automating business operations and service delivery. The knowledge needed for this
exploratory research study was gathered from various technical and research literature that
were hosted online. This gathered information, helped me in designing each of the ten
individual subsystems of the ‘automated industrial robot’ that can be deployed to work in an
part of the business cycle, like service delivery, manufacturing, inventory control, logistics,
supervision and administrative departments.
