Manager has following characteristics:

is a person who influences a group of people 
towards achievement of a goal. 
A leader has following characteristics: 
self awareness 
self direction 
vision 
ability to motivate 
social awareness

Leader Manager

Leader focus on leading people 
Manager focuses on managing work 
Ledear has followers Manager has s subordinates. 
Leader looks for opportunities to develop 
strengths. 
Manager minimize weaknesses. 
Leader understands the big picture. 
Manager asks a limited set of questions, 
just how and when. 
Leader develops ideas and principles. Manager administrates.
Difference between efficiency and 
effectiveness. 
Using less resources wisely, in a cast effective way 
is called efficiency. That concerned with mean 
and doing things right. 
* for-example: 
Using less resources wisely for a product so that 
its price could be maintained with in the reach of 
common man so that every one could enjoy 
benefits of it.

Effectiveness is making right decisions and 
successfully implement them. That concerned

If a person completes his target for the month 
then he would be called effective and if a 
product increases sales of a company then it
