1. eBeam Workspace
Getting Started
1.) Connect the USB cable to your Laptop. If you are in a conference room with integrated cables you can
find the USB connector within the tabletop. If you are in a large conference room the USB connector
will be on the wall-plate and a cable will be provided by IT Media Services.
2.) Launch the eBeam Workspace from within your list of Installed Applications. If the software has not
been pushed out to your system by IT then it will be necessary to install it. Installation instructions to
follow first we will go over the product and its use.
The eBeam Workspace is now ready to use

2. Ifthefilehasbeensavedbefore,itissavedagainundertheexistingname.
Ifthisisthefirsttimethemeetinghasbeensaved,thestandardSaveAsdialogbox opens.
SaveAs... SaveAsallowsyoutosaveanewWorkspace(*.esb)file,ortosaveanexisting
Workspacemeetingfileunderanewname.
TosaveaWorkspacefile:
1. ChooseWorkspaceMenu>SaveAs.
2. ThestandardWindowsSaveAsdialogboxopens.
3. Enterameetingnameandselectthefolderlocation.Thedefaultfolderlocationis

Print... Print opensthestandardPrint dialogbox.Thisdialogallowsyoutoselectapage
rangeandthenumberofcopiesyouwanttoprint.Thedefaultsettingsaretoprintall
pagesinthefileandtoprintonecopy.
ToprinttheWorkspacefile,chooseWorkspaceButton>Print,orpressCtrl+P.
Send... SendallowsyoutosendaWorkspacemeetingfile(*.esb)asanattachmentviaany
MAPI-compliantmailsystem,suchasMicrosoftExchange.
TosendaWorkspacemeetingfileviaemail:
1. ChooseWorkspaceMenu>SendtoopentheSenddialogbox.
2. SelectthefileformatandpagerangefromtheSenddialogbox

width.Thislinewidthwillremainuntilyouselectanewlinewidth.
