2. 1ST DRAFT
This is my first draft. I have used
a similar colour scheme to my
final front cover. Which I have
found through research is
popular in magazines, this is
evident in Q magazine. I have
also split the page into different
sections because it makes it very
audience friendly.
3. 2ND DRAFT
This draft is similar to the
first one except I have re-
arranged my “Gig” box
because it didn’t look right. I
have also changed some lines
to white because they give
my contents page a cleaner
look as there was too much
gold
4. 3RD DRAFT
For my third draft I had a similar concept
abut my magazine content page but wanted
to change the gold to black to give it a
cleaner more audience friendly look. I had
also decided to put more pages in the
contents segment to give it a more
professional look and making it easier for my
audience to locate specific pages
5. FINAL PRODUCT
This is my contents page I have followed the
branding set by the front cover by using the same
colour scheme and fonts, I have also inter-linked
the branding used on the double page spread on
my contents page too, I have done this by having
the same colours on the page. The only difference
between them is that the main font is slightly
different however this is simply because I want to
give the mage a bolder look. I have made my
contents page very audience friendly as
everything is neatly categorized and the page is
not cluttered with information, I have done this
because as I have previously mentioned I believe
that magazines are bought for the purpose of
relaxation not stress and worry that you cannot
find the page you are looking for.
