When you request an interpreter, we will ask you for the following
information:

Your organisation, name and telephone number
The languages the interpreter is required to speak
Date, time and location interpreter is required to attend
Reference number
Client’s name
Special instructions (e.g. male or female interpreter etc.)
Duration you expect the interpreter to be required
Our website can also be used to send us any documents you would
like to have translated, or to receive a quote. Alternatively, feel free to
e-mail the documents to us using the e-mail address above.
