EDITING LOG- 6TH OF
JANUARY
WHAT THE GROUP DID TODAY?
• We uploaded our footage on to the macs, so it
would be ready to edit as soon as possible.
• We also created bins, so the footage which we
wanted to keep was organised.
• Also we chose what footage we would want to
keep and use. Also we decided on what footage to
delete.
WHY WE DID THIS?
• We uploaded our footage so we could start editing
and put our documentary together.
• We created bins because it would keep our
footage very organised, and it would also make it
easier to gain access to footage that we needed.
Making bins made it a lot more easier for us, as we
did not have to constantly search for the footage
that we needed.
• Also we decided on what footage we should and
keep and what footage we should delete.
I WAS PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE
FOR:
• I was personally responsible for choosing what
footage to keep and delete.
The purpose/impact/effect of this was:
Deciding on what footage to keep and delete was
very important, this is because we needed specific
footage to match our ideas for our documentary for
example our documentary we focused on the origins
of the cheese pieces, therefore having footage of
people walking in the museum would have been
completely irrelevant. This is why choosing the right
footage to keep was so vital for our groups work.
