This document discusses the pros and cons of remote work. Some suggestions to increase remote worker productivity include assigning team leads to track work, staying in contact with remote employees, limiting telecommuting days, and clearly communicating expectations. Successful remote workers tend to be self-motivated and able to work independently. Remote work is not suitable for all employees.

work well alone
Some employees need a group atmosphere and are better suited to work
in the office to engage in the interoffice camaraderie. Working remotely
works for some people - it is not suited for everyone.
