5. System overview Student in De La Salle College of Saint Benilde one goal is to be one of the best thesis group. They can only achieve it if they have a good adviser beside them willing to help and give inspirational advices. But because of the time spending in updating the qualified thesis advisers and their schedules, and the choosing and getting of the thesis advisers and also falling in line just to get a form and waited long days before they can be able to meet their thesis advisers are the reasons why our group proposed an automated system where in they can easily view the lists of available advisers and their schedules that will lessen the hassle in the part of the student and the advisers which is our target users of our system.

7. 3B.1) with a system that store all information about the thesis adviser, the thesis group can easily choose the available adviser. 3B) getting the Preferred Adviser form in CA office is a cause of stress for the thesis group because they need to fall in line and wait for the forms. 3A.1) there should be a means where the faculty available to advice can easily put there available time in a system where in the department secretary can easily access it. 3A.2) there should be a faculty list of time availability. 3A) Department secretary finds a hard time in getting the available time of the faculty qualified to be an adviser Recommendation Problems
