due to fewer employees missing work from illness or
injury. Improved employee relations and morale (a safer
work environment is a less stressful work environment)

For example, this can be implemented through actions
such as holding training sessions to provide necessary
safety program information or providing PPE at no cost.

Workplaces must have facility safety include subjects
such as:

For all employers, it is important to assess the workplace
hazards and act accordingly. Each workplace is different,
so it will be important to tailor any safety efforts to meet
the needs of the facility.

• Duty of care is a legal obligation
imposed on an individual requiring that
they adhere to a standard of reasonable
care while performing any acts that
could foreseeable harm others.

in that workplace and list the preventive measures that
