The prime job functions included:
• SAR Compliance Testing for 2G/3G/4G/WLAN under FCC, EU, 3GPP.
• Monitoring all activities pertaining to near field testing.
• Designing work schedule as per priority.
• Calibration of Electromagnetic Measurement Instruments like Signal Receiver/ Scanner, Dipole
Antennas, DAK kit etc.
• Responsible for all preventive action for future hazard free working lab like Schedule Earthing
Maintenance etc.
• To guide junior team members in resolving challenges that they may face with samples and
equipment operation.
• Proficiency on SPEAG product range, SAR Measurement System cDASY6, DASY 52,
cSAR3D, DAK & DAKS and other Measurement and Test equipment.
• Responsible to carry out all work as per stipulation of ISO/IEC 17025.
• Expertise in Technical & quality documentation for Accreditation.
• Responsible to supervise all SAR test as per IEC 62209- 1 & 2, IEEE 1528-2013 and prepare
complete test report.
• To conduct schedule check / Intermediate Check for all equipment.
• Expertise in System check and System validation test as per IEC 62209. IEEE 1528-2013.
• Maintaining internal and external documents (Technical Procedures, Standards etc.)

2. Responsibility: Calibration Testing
Clients: Livingston, Metrotel, Linquest, Anritsu
The prime job functions included:
• Calibration of EMF Hazard meter Sensor as per standards IEEE 1309 for field calibration
(9 KHz to 40 GHz).
• To manage calibration in the Lab as per work instruction and procedures, simulating ISO/ IEC
17025.
• Tested RF Anechoic (80 dB isolation) infrastructure of the laboratory as per IEC 299.
• To actively participate in quality improvement program keeping self updated with latest trends
• To highlight and sensitize higher management on any NC in the test process.
BNNSPEAG Test & Calibration Lab India Pvt. Ltd. (From Sept, 2012 to July 2014)
Designation: Test Engineer.
The prime job functions included:
• SAR Testing of mobile phones and Body worn devices as per international standards IEC
62209-1, 62209-2, IEEE 1528-2013.
• To manage day to day SAR testing in the Lab as per work instruction and work procedures,
simulating ISO IEC 17025.

• iSAR – DASY Results comparison cSAR3D Study Project ( performed DASY scans on 40
headsets having different form factor)

BNN COMMUNICATION ENGINEERS. (From Dec 2008 to Sept, 2012)
Designation: Sr.RF Engineer.
The prime job functions included:
• Perform RF optimization and drive test for 3G/2G networks.
• Checking performance of network speed of HSPDA, HSUPA, EDGE ,GPRS and call testing,
• Monitor the performance of the cells using BSS statistic and drive test to take corrective action.
• Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPIs) i.e. Traffic Report, Drop Statistics,
Handover statistics, SDCCH and TCH Congestion/Blockings.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting the worst performing cells based on high drop call rate, poor Hanover
success rate, low CSSR, poor up link and down link Quality in Network/BSC to improve the overall
signed KPIs.
• Log files analysis to check all cell inconsistencies (BTS parameters LAI, CGI, BSIC, and BCCH), swap
cable/sector, bad quality path post swap.
• Equipped capacity check- Number of TCH and SDCCH define correctly or not.
• Acceptance test according to NETWORK PERFORMANCE.
• Collection of Live Network Data like Rx quality, Rx Level, TA (timing advance) C/I ratio, Neighbor
tuning etc. Using TEMS INVESTIGATION Tool and analyzing the performance of these parameters by
Replay in TEMS.
• EMF Broadband & Narrow Band Testing.
