His name is Yasir Nawaz. He is in last years of his Master’s in Business Administration. He has been
studying business and commerce for last 7 years.in all these years he hasn’t got any training. He is very
ambitious to start his corporate life as early as soon ,because he is sick of only reading books and
exams.

Must be training along education.
Trained students ask question very practical then who just study.
No I didn’t get any training in all these years. Just read theory
This is the most energetic time in one’s life, should be used in full capacity.
Training must be done at some proper set up or company.
Idle time for training could be long summer vocation.
At masters level it should mandatory and part of grades too.
If some monetary rewards are offer to it will increase motivation.
Training must be review after completion or graded.
Think & Feel
He thinks without training student continue to live in fantasy world.
They never started thinking according to ground realities.
Familiarity to practical world make them strong, discipline, and efficient.
They are bit scared that in all these 7 years just read theory.

2. Insight
Employer prefer fresh students with little bit training.
Training make them ready to head-on all problems, which must arise.
Wisdom only arises after experiences.
Students don’t start thinking in terms of an entrepreneur without hands-on knowledge.
Problem Statement
Yasire need a proper a proper insight of corporate world during his study of business administration. He
is afraid of going for job without any experience. He thinks u can’t be prepared for real world with only
books.
