Quality Technician at a IIR surgical masks and FFP2 masks factory at TQ Tecnol S.A.U. (abril
2021-marzo 2022).
-Internally audit and directly supervise manufacturing activities.
-Review and evaluate incidents related to the products that are manufactured, manage non-
conformities of raw material, finished product and packaging.
-Check that the manufactured products meet the requirements demanded by ISO 13485 for
medical devices for IIR surgical masks and by UNE-EN 149:2001 for FFP2 masks.
-Supervise batches of raw material and document the release of batches of finished product.
-Supervise the sample library of all batches and production formats of the day.
-Check that the daily factory records are well filled out: production reports, maintenance reports,
quality control records, etc.
