It integrates each activity from requirements through deployment, in a collaborative manner needed for
predictable, repeatable, and adaptable delivery of applications.
Feature wise application is very comprehensive and covers the complete lifecycle since inception of project till
it’s deployment with detailed analysis feature at each stage.
• Defining releases / cycles along with their, linking requirements / tests / defects to each release / cycle.
Setting and tracking milestones for them.
• Setting key performance indicators (KPI) for the project and analyzing progress on its basis.
• Elaborate Project planning and tracking (PPT) enables QA managers and others to track application
readiness by defining goals for activities of an application release.
• Application has a feature to define entities in a project and relationship in them along with baseline of
all of them to track and analyse.
• Application provides import facility for various functionality such as entities, requirements, business
models
• Application supports the integration with business process models and their imports along with linkage
with requirements, tests, etc.
• Detailed feature to capture / classify / link / trace / track / prioritize / categorize requirements is
available with cross linkages of them to other requirements, tests, defects, release, cycles and various
analysis reports including ways to assess and define their criticality, failure probability and complexity.
• Well defined and extensive Traceability matrix feature associating requirements / tests. It is
configurable.
• Risk-based quality management feature to define testing policy so as to calculate levels of testing
effort to be spent on each requirement depending on resource availability.
• Well knitted linkages with the usage of business process models.
• Lab resource manages remote testing resources and to automate deployment schemas for both
functional and remote testing.
• The application supports the comprehensive planning, designing, execution, tracking and analysis of

2. • It supports workflow automation that can be used with several modules and customization required.
In general, I would like to add as the application is a comprehensive suit in itself hence we would have to
evaluate closely on alignment of our and client’s process with its flow.
It would also require well planned training to ensure that it’s complete features are harnessed properly and
meaningfully.
