Around the World
Feed the Children is one of the largest charities in the
United States.
The non-governmental organisation helps those in the
U.S. and in 10 other countries around the world.

2. In FY 2016, the charity distributed over 100 million
pounds of food and essentials globally with a total
value of $415 million.
Feed the Children’s international programmes provide
food, medical assistance, emergency relief and
sustainable development.

3. In Africa, Asia, Central and South America, Feed the
Children provides more than 350,000 meals daily
through school feeding programmes.
In Africa, the charity has a presence in Kenya, Malawi,
Tanzania, and Uganda.
Almost half of all children under the age of five in
Malawi are stunted due to chronic malnourishment
and other health factors.

4. With the help of $38 million in new support from long-
time partners USAID, Nu Skin and P&G, Feed the
Children has been able to expand its programmes in
Malawi.
