The St. Petersburg Chapter receives complaints of discrimination in:
Housing
Employment
Legal
Education
Age
Sex
4. Empowerment and Volunteers
The process for logging complaints can be enhanced and improved
Educating the residents on topics of concerns and other key
topics/empowers them to be self sufficient
Educating the residents also enables and empowers them to
identify and seek the proper assistance
Volunteers – increasing the number of trained volunteers
