Activity: Problem Discovery Interviews
• Groups of 3
• Roles
• Entrepreneur: conducts customer interview, writes down
notes, and comes up with business ideas.
• Customer: talks to the entrepreneurs, answers their
questions, ranks quality of entrepreneur’s ideas.
• Auditor: makes sure the entrepreneurs and customer
follow rules, calculates the entrepreneur’s score.
• Entrepreneur asks questions during interview while auditor
evaluates outcome on scorecard. 15 minutes total per round,
3 total rounds.
• Rotate roles twice.
