INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The SIG is designed to help the RGMs make strong hiring decisions.
2. RGMs should use the SIG as a follow up to the Hiring questionnaire (only if the candidate has passed – a score of 60% or more)
3. The two (2) lowest scoring competencies from the hiring questionnaire should be probed as part of the interview
4. The SIG is designed to help the RGM to get the candidate to share a specific situation
5. Look/ listen as the candidate responds. Write your notes during the interview and go back to the responses to decide whether the person is a good fit to
