It is used to heat the water .
• The main principle is simply the conversion of
electrical energy into heat energy through the use of
heating element to raise the temp. of water to a certain
degree.
• Thermostat:-It is a device that keeps the temp. in a
water heater at desired level.
• The temp. range is 40 to 75 degree centigrade.

hood is a device contain mechanical fan which is used
to sucks out all type of air borne, grease, combustion
product ,fumes & smokes, heat etc.
 It is of two type:-

 Extracter hood that is without duct.
