  2. INTRODUCTION • Nowadays solar energy is good and clean source of energy due to its high efficiency and safety. • So using solar panel to create electric anergy. • It's a simply Heating system by using nichrome wire as a heating element. • The main aim of the project is to create sustainable energy and design and fabricate heating system.
  3. Literature review : Development and investigative studies on solar hot case food warmer for food at offices/industrys Sengar · Yogita Meena · Archana Singh Received: 12 May 2021 / Accepted: 31 January 2022 © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature 2022 Abstract : The paper presents the design, development and investigative studies into the use of a solar hot case/food warmer. The solar hot case can prove to be highly useful to the persons who carry hot food to their workplaces for lunch and eat it 4–5 h later. It can help keep food warm and infection free, by maintaining the food at an elevated temperature. The solar hot case has been developed with a total aperture area of 0.673 m2. The energy requirements for food warming have been calculated and found to be around 62 kJ in summer and 90 kJ in winter for an average lunch box of mass 0.25 kg containing 0.4 kg of food. The design of the solar hot case has been prepared on the basis of the food warming calculations to allow around ten lunch boxes to be warmed simultaneously.
  4. Different Parts of Solar Heating system  Solar panel  Battery.  Nichrome coil.  Portable container alloy.  White Paraffin wax.
  5.  Heat generation occurs inside the part.  Method can provide very high power densities.  Heating may be highly selective in the depth and along the surface.  Any processing atmosphere (air, vacuum).  Very high temperature may be created.  Stand-by losses of equipment are very low.  Fast start-up.  Heating may be easily programmed and automated.  No pollution of surrounding space.  Compare to safe gas heating. Specific Features of Heating
  6. Benefits of solar heating  Endless amounts of energy, free of charge  No CO2 emissions during operation  Cost savings: up to 60% less energy to heat water, up to 35% less energy for space heating  Reduced consumption of fossil fuels  Solar thermal systems can be integrated into existing systems  Modern systems work efficiently even in winter
  7. Advantages of induction heating :-  Solar heating is quick & clear.  There is no wastage of heat in solar heating.  Temperature control method is very easy.  Good control and repeatability. Disadvantages of Induction Heating :-  Cost of the equipment and the cost of the process are very high.  Efficiency of heating is poor being less than 50% in many cases.  Heating will be more in regions of the work piece closer to heating coil.  That means heating takes place in non uniform manner.
  8. Nichrome coil  The nichrome (also known as NiCr, nickel- chromium or chromium-nickel) wire is made up of alloy having the high resistivity, So its having high resistance.  Because of its low cost of manufacture, strength, ductility, resistance to oxidation, stability at high temperatures, nichrome is widely used in electric heating elements in applications such as hair dryers and heat guns.  High voltage flowing through it get heated become bright red.  It has a high Melting point of about 1,400°C.
