monthly care packages to our military men and women that are deployed overseas. Each care
package that is shipped, includes letters of encouragement, along with snacks/treats, comfort
items and hygiene products.

the form. Forgotten Soldiers Outreach is comprised of volunteers from the community who will
pack the box and handling the responsibility of shipping to our registered soldiers.
