management support, refinancing and fund raising, interim management, insolvency and recovery,
plus a range of acquisition support tools for clients purchasing distressed businesses.

About FRP
FRP Advisory LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership owned by its partners. FRP Advisory, FRP Transition
and First Financial are brand names owned and managed by the Partnership. A Management Board
provides overall leadership and is comprised of partners, Jeremy French and Geoff Rowley, plus two
independent executives and a Finance Director.
