Our Beginning
We started the business in 1988 as a traditional tax and CPA firm
serving mid-market companies and high net worth individuals
in the greater Wilmington, Delaware – Philadelphia – Baltimore
areas. What we lacked in experience and connections in the begin-
ning, we certainly made up for with our persistence – relentlessly
pursuing excellence. From the start, we have always been com-
mitted to being an exceptional professional services firm striving
to provide success to all of our stakeholders – our clients, employ-
ees, vendors, and other associates.
Successful Growth
In 1995 the DuPont Company, a global Fortune 100 chemical com-
pany headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, engaged our Firm
to assist with the carve-out of a large medical imaging unit to Ster-
ling Diagnostics, a smaller company from South Carolina. That
was a defining moment for our Accounting Resource Services
business. By 1998, we had received assignments from JPMorgan,
AstraZeneca and AIG. In 2004, we were selected to become the
sole national provider of audit seniors and experienced associates
to a Big 4 CPA Firm and that enabled us to expand nationally. To-
day, we serve three of the Big 4 Firms, nearly 200 of the Fortune
1000 and many privately held companies out of our 18 offices. We
employ over 300+ professionals. We are the only national CPA
firm dedicated exclusively to providing Fortune 1000 clients with
ready access to full-time, career-focused, consultant-quality ac-
counting and financial professionals to assist with critical account-
ing and financial work.
Our history has been extraordinary – but our future is even
brighter! We are focused exclusively on providing exceptionally
talented professionals to our clients and continue to work on bet-
ter organizing, innovating and orchestrating our business model.
Our experiences have taught us well. We have been willing to try
new things and to take measured risks, and these moves have
enabled us to advance. Most ideas needed tremendous innovation
and orchestration before we were able to make them work. And
the mistakes, which are part of the landscape for any dynamic
company, have provided us with great learning experiences. All of
this continues to make us stronger. As a result of the accomplish-
ments and knowledge we have acquired over the years, we are
much more focused, balanced and aligned.

and synergistically. Each member of the team is committed to

Our Business Model
The Siegfried Group, LLP is a leading national CPA firm that
provides high caliber, accounting and finance professionals to
public companies and other large organizations on an as-needed
basis to assist them with important projects. Our Accounting
Resource Services business represents an exciting new model
within the accounting industry – the client maintains primary
control, which minimizes project risk, accelerates delivery time
and reduces costs.
Our Growth, Profits and Equity Value
Creating and Sharing the Wealth – For the past 25+ years, we
have achieved a cumulative average annual growth rate of 25+%.
We expect to grow in excess of 12% per year to achieve Revenues
of at least $100 million by 2015, with annual profit margins of
12+%. We expect to leverage our unique business model to cre-
ate entity value of at least five times EBITDA or $90+ million by
2015. We are providing our employees with attractive, incentive-
based compensation packages to enable them to share finan-
cially in the growth they help create We maintain fair fees for the
value received for our clients.
