An Organizational Primer
Rampver Financials is a creative niche player in financial services. We are
actively involved in risk management, money and asset management advisory,
training and consulting. Our experience in investment instruments, mutual funds,
health care, life and non-life insurance and our involvement with the Philippines’
leading carriers will definitely benefit our clients who currently have to deal with
an unsophisticated financial services environment. We can help individuals in
their quest for effective financial planning, property protection, health care
needs, education, personal pension and retirement plan implementation. On the
institutional area, we can assist in the design, execution, Implementation and
maintenance of employee benefit, savings and investment programs.
Our linkages with the major movers and players in the Philippine capital market puts us at an advantage in
providing timely financial advice to our clients to help them maximize returns on their investments within well managed
risk parameters. Our expertise and experience give us the credibility to also enlighten clients about available investment
instruments and the inherent opportunities and risks that are attached to them. Without our own vehicles to sell, we
can maintain an unbiased position in generating sound financial advice. Through one of our key divisions, Rampver
Strategic Advisors (RSA), we actively encourage financial responsibility, security, and focus to gain affluence.
We have a solid track record in providing top notch training programs for the Philippines’ leading corporate
institutions. We have given general management, sales, marketing, attitudinal, leadership, financial and strategic
planning programs to executives, managers and supervisors which have contributed greatly to the growth of their
respective organizations. We have handled firms involved in diversified industries, including but not limited to banks,
manufacturing, consumer goods marketing, and other service oriented operations.
Our needs-based analyses and solutions-approach in determining the ideal product package for our clients
create the very core of our services offering. We are committed to our clients and we are privileged to be their partner

Initially incorporated as a trading company in September 1993, RAMP, Inc. served the product needs to both
private and government institutions at the retail and institutional level. In 1994, our proponents took an active role in its
management, and directed the company towards the business area where its strengths evolved – financial services.
With a fresh infusion of capital, adjustment in primary corporate purpose, registration with the Insurance Commission,
and a timely change of corporate trade name to Rampver Financials, the corporation positioned itself as a creative
financial intermediary, representing both retail and institutional clients for reputable principals who have defined the
standards of stability and service in Philippine financial services.
From humble beginnings, Rampver Financials quickly established itself as a solutions-oriented general agent in
the field of investment instruments, mutual funds, life and non-life insurance, health care, money and asset
management advisory, marketing and sales for our ever increasing number of clientele. We have competed well,
directly and indirectly, with other established investment houses, agents and general agencies, insurance brokerages,
consultants, private bankers, management and training consultants. Our clientele grew and expanded to include
numerous high net worth individuals and huge corporations within the Philippine business environment - a testament
to our professional approach in serving the unique needs of the parties we serve.

As it is always said, an intermediary is better known by the principals it deals with. We have always kept this
reality in mind even as we expanded the number of principals we represent. Over the years, we have evaluated
Philippine institutions in terms of stability, reputation, and commitment to service. Since our clients simply deserve the
best, we have maintained our linkages with the best.
Trade-offs in terms of product design, coverage, flexibility, returns, and cost is usually a client’s decision.
However, we have to ensure that these trade-offs are done within a set of principals in a way that do not compromise
effectivity, security, and the long-term horizon. For this reason, we have to limit our principals in the risk management
area. On the other aspect of financial services where licenses and exclusivity are not of material concern, we have forge
alliances with other providers as we see it fit for the benefit of our clients.
IV. The Products and Services We Offer
Products and services packages are developed primarily for clients. This, unfortunately, does not become the
actual practice in the competitive field of financial services. With the supreme focus on being able to sell, client need
take a back seat as financial services marketers push their product/service arsenal. We do not serve within these
constraints. Since we represent clients, we are concentrated on their needs and in their long-term interest and welfare.
We take care of their priorities and are not limited to a product package that one carrier offers. We firmly believe that an
individual or institution’s financial services needs are unique. We also observed that carriers have a penchant for
specialization. Keeping these two realities in mind makes us aware that financial services solutions are not the same for
many clients and these solutions are not always provided by a single carrier. To create sound matches is our job, and our
passion to make these matches happen create great value for our clients and principals as well.
Be it insurance, investment package, training program, or a product delivery contract, we advice our clients and
prospective clients to take time to discuss need particulars with us and our people to ensure that what we will eventually
offer them is a lasting solution to their actual needs.
