1. Alliant Insurance Services is pleased to announce that Craig Harper has joined its
Employee Benefits Group as First Vice President. The seasoned benefits consultant and
wellness expert will service a diverse portfolio of clients throughout the Eastern United States.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Craig has earned a strong reputation for
designing and delivering employee benefit plans that reduce costs and improve outcomes.
He also uses his strong technical expertise to deliver data-driven wellness solutions.
Craig’s diverse client base spans large privately-held companies, hospitals, public entities,
and various other organizations.
Prior to joining Alliant, Craig was an employee benefits consultant with a Philadelphia-based
employee benefits agency. He also has extensive experience on the carrier side of the business
with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.
Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from
Susquehanna University, where he also earned honors as Mid-Atlantic Conference MVP
in basketball.
