• The Software is for the automation of Hospital
Management System provide easy as
consulting doctors on various diseases.
• Its purpose is to provide treatment facility
fulfilling all the requirements of patients.
• The Hospital Management System can be
entered using a username and password. It is
accessible by an administrator.

4. Abstract
• Our project Hospital Management system
includes registration of patients, storing
their details into the system.
• Our software has the facility to give a unique id
for every patient and stores the details of every
patient and the staff automatically.

5. Objective
 Define hospital
 Recording information about the Patients that
come.
 Generating bills.
 Recording information related to diagnosis
given to Patients.
 Keeping information about various diseases
and medicines available to cure them.

• The entire project mainly consists of 3 modules,
which are

Doctor module

• Managing department of hospitals, user, doctor.
• Watch appointment to doctors.
• Watch transaction reports of patient and
payments.
• Watch medicine status of hospital .
• Watch diagnosis report.

• Lastly, manage own profile.

• The proposed system of “Hospital
Management System”.
We can enhance this system by
including more facilities like billing system,
inpatient room.
• And also add the stock of medicines, and give
patients to add some comments.
