3. PROJECT- 1
 Designing of the plans of a work cum reside
apartments in a skyscraper.
 Originally planned as a hotel but changed
afterwards by the marketing team of the client.
 The shape/form was to be retained similar to the
other residence skyscraper.
 Construction drawings for various apartments in a
skyscraper.
 Lighting fixtures
 HVAC
 Construction already started.

• No involvement of zero energy concept.
• Space constraint.
