An urgent requirement has developed with a tier one bank in NYC for a strong Exotics trader to join
their NYC desk. Duties will include the pricing and execution of exotic interest rate derivative trades,
some market making of flow exotic derivatives, active involvement in developing hedging strategies
for exotic IR derivatives, and liaising with relevant products and structuring teams.
Key Responsibilities -
Pricing & execution of exotic interest rate derivative trades
Market making of flow exotic derivatives
Active involvement in developing the future strategy of the desk
Liaising with structuring, product, and sales teams
Skills / Attributes required –
BA/ MSc in a Maths related subject from top university
At least 4 years solid experience in a similar role
Extremely strong product knowledge of fixed income products, especially IR & Credit
Strong analytical skills & understanding of the fixed income market
A suitable combination of education, experience and skill set will be considered
