Despites the open doors, the store isn´t very
invitingly.
The sign is gold and shiny.
Everything looks
expensive and old.

The color scheme, type of
floor and ceiling are
patternized.
It´s a very quite environment.
The cash register is on
the back of the store.

I didn´t saw the sales persons initiating a
contact.
They were very quiet and discreets,
according to the business model of the
store.

The first thing I saw was the wall clocks.
There are no itens for sale.
There is a central display with the most
common products.
The most expensive products
are at the eye level.
6. Fornitura - Customers
Most customers are alone.
The customers don´t stay more
than 5 minutes in the store and
don´t touch the products,
because everything is behind
a glass.
They don´t seen to be browsing

They should spend less space with the wall
clocks, because they are cheap, draw to
much atenttion and make the store looks
old.
Allow the customers to touch the products.
Putting mirrors for the customers to
experiment the clocks.
8. Azul- Before enter the store
The word “Azul” in
portuguese means
blue. I think thats why
everything in the
store is blue.
Also because of that,
the sign lettering
didn´t caught my
attention.
9. Azul - Environment
Everything is blue, except the floor.
Quiet environment.
There is no cash register.
10. Azul - Personnel
The sales persons initiate contact quickly.
The store looked
abandoned, beucase 3 out
of 4 desks were empty

They sell trip packages
Some of the packages were
stated in the front of the store, but
most of them were in catalogs
with the salesmen.

Different than expected, most
customers are young women
alone

Use sounds of seagulls and waves to increse
the desire of the customers to travel
Expose more trips in showcase, graduating
from the cheapest to most expensive, so the
person can easily choose the most suitable
for their standard of living and aim the next

Very bright and a little cold environment,
making me fell confortable. I could be hours
inside this store.

Seens to know a lot about their products.

last, the aceessories in the back.
Didn’t saw any product for sale.
