Fast Facts:

                - Inside the mall.
  - A big kiosk. Exposed and open for anyone.
    - No walls, no doors, no security guards.
- First thing you’ll see coming from the escalator
                  from the 5th floor.
Pros:
- Pet friendly
- Welcoming atmosphere; It feels as if you can
just walk straight to the counter, buy a cake and
maybe grab a jar full of cookies while at it.
- Items for sale are on display.
- Delicious Chocolate Truffle Cake & Cinnamon
  Roll
- The one and only staff knew her products well
and was able to recommend the best items.
Cons:
- Noise level (due to the open layout) can be
uncontrollable especially when the mall is full.
- Despite the high foot traffic, the store can easily
be dismissed and passed. The place lacked
colour. The store name is big but very plain and
does not easily grab your attention.
- Lack of security. Due to it’s open nature and very
little manpower. Items on display could be easily
stolen if the cashier-server is pre-occupied.

Cons:
- The long lines. It takes a while because of the
limited number of rooms they have inside.
- Coooold! The temperature is always really low
because of the need to keep the wax cool and
not melt. The shop’s layout does not allow for
the temperature to be different in the waiting
