Begin with continuous running-2 minutes
-The exercise goes from less to more intense
for example butt kickers to progressive
running
-After four exercises, walk on your toes or
heels
-Each exercise of the general warm-up will
take 20 seconds.
Always finish the warm up with a speed race .
