BUILDING
-The big cantilevers result in big parts of the building in shadow
-All windows on groundfloor and first floor are in the shadow
-Relatively very few openings in the façade
-In wintertime sun can penetrate the building on the second floor to heat up
the foyer, offices, etc.
-Total shell of the building has is insulated
-Flexible arrangement possible by use of adaptable inside wall systems

MATERIALS
- Use of warmth reflecting double glass panels, filled with Argon gas without loss of transparency.
- Not insulated outside structural parts are thermally separated by insulators to the inside of the building
- The trepadora plants on the roof above the accessible zone, reduces the heat load of the under lying
multifunctional
- Use of wood with reforesting certificates and sustainable forest managements (FSC)
- The use of sustainable materials and finishing’s on aspects of pollution, use of energy when produced, transport
and reusing in the far future
-During execution all wasted materials will be collected and transported separately.
