no right or wrong answers, only opinions. You are asked to express your feelings about each
statement by indicating whether you (DS) Disagree strongly, (DS) Disagree mildly, (NK) Feel
neutral or do not know, (AM) Agree mildly, or (AS) Agree strongly. Please indicate your opinion
by marking with a cross (X) the alternative that best describe your sincere answer. The questionnaire
